About the Job:

As a Dock Hand, you'll be the heart of our marina operations. Your days will be filled with variety, from keeping our docks and beach sparkling clean to helping guests with their boats and rentals. You'll be working outdoors in a beautiful setting, interacting with people, and contributing to the smooth running of our marina. Think of it as a summer camp for grown-ups!

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping the docks and beach clean and tidy

  • Assisting with boat launching and retrieval

  • Helping guests with rentals and equipment

  • Restocking supplies and maintaining facilities

  • Other general tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly and enthusiastic individuals who love working outdoors

  • A willingness to learn and get your hands dirty (literally!)

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Proficient swimming skills (a must!)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Experience with boats is a plus, but not required

Event Strike- Event strikers help us set up and tear down events and concerts. This position is at the Lake House- hours will be scheduled specifically when we have events and concerts. Erik has extensive experience managing Red Rocks Amphitheater as well as other venues.Erik Dyce has spent nearly 25 years laying the groundwork and building the momentum that have helped earn The City of Denver its reputation as a cultural mecca. Known to many as "Mr. Red Rocks," Erik retired as the Chief Marketing Officer of the City and County of Denver’s Arts and Venues division, which owns and operates eight other venues in addition to Red Rocks Amphitheater.
